mālika-prīti-pūjā-mālyavad-bhakti-saḿstuta

sugandhi-nānā-mālāli-svalańkṛta namo’stu te

sudāmābhīpsita-vara-vāÃ±chātīta-vara-prada

TRANSLATION

O Lord Krsna, please be merciful to me. When You arrived at the house of the florist named Sudama , he lovingly worshipped You, presented You with an exquisite garland, and glorified You with prayers of pure devotion.

Â O Lord Krsna, nicely decorated with many different aromatic garlands, You

granted to the florist a benediction beyond his most extravagant desires. O Lord, I offer respectful obeisances unto You .
