TRANSLATION

  1. When will I be able to say “ Hari ” and see Madana

Mohana ? For this form, I will walk to Vraja .

  1. When I enter the holy land of Braja , I will be the ankle-bells of the gopis Â’ feet. I will make sweet sweet

sounds. I will behold the pastimes of the cowherd boys and will spread the dust from their feet and apply it to my body.

  1. I will behold the vision sweet form of Radha and Krsna

in my two eyes. I will remain at the gate of the forest of Vraja . O residents of Vrajabhumi , please fulfill my desire! When will I hear the sweet sound of the flute of Sri Krsna ?

  1. At the last moment of my life, I will place my body in the Yamuna River and float singing “ Jaya

Radha

Govinda .” Narottama

Dasa says, “I am unable to fulfill this desire. When will I become a resident of Vraja

bhumi ?”
