LYRICS:

(1)

Como hijo de Kausalya y Dasaratha

Nació en Ayodhya el gran Ram

Jay Jay Ram, Jay Jay Ram, Jay Jay Ram, el rey ideal

(2)

Sus hermanos Laksman, Bharat, Satrugña

Su fiel esposa Sita, Su devoto Hanuman

Sita Ram, Sita Ram, Sita Ram Jay Sita Ram

(3)

Vistieron cortezas para ir

A la selva densa y allí servir

A los sabios que oraban con fervor

Mas los daityas dañaban su oración

Sita Ram, Sita Ram, Sita Ram y el buen Laksman

(4)

Un ciervo dorado un día paso

Para encantar a Sita con su fulgor

Era el plan de Ravan quería raptar

A la buena y pura Madre Universal

(5)

Con oro no, con oro no

No ganas de Sita su corazón

Con devoción, con devoción

Tendrás de Sita su protección

(6)

Engañado Ravan secuestró

De Durga tan sólo una expansión

Sita Sita se refugió

En los brazos de su Señor

(7)

A Sri Lanka fue a enfrentar

Al de diez cabezas Ravana

Venció Ram! Venció Ram!

Con Laksman, los monos y Vibhisan

(8)

Regresó a Su trono el cual cuidaba

Bharat que adoraba sus sandalias

De allí reinan por la eternidad

Sita Ram, Laksman, Bharat, Satrugña

Raja Ram, Raja Ram, Raja Ram el reino ideal

They wore bark in the forest to serve great seers and sages who prayed to Them with fervor. Those sages and seerÂ’s penance is damaged by the evil demons. Glories to Sita Rama! Glories to the Great Laksmana!

  1. One day, a golden red deer came to enchant SitaÂ’s heart. This was the plan of Ravana who lusted and wanted to capture the Great Divine Universal Mother.

  1. Not with gold! Not with gold will you win SitaÂ’s heart! Only with devotion! Only with devotion to Rama will you receive protection from Sita.

Deceitful Ravana kidnapped a form of Durga! Sita surrendered and sought refuge by Her Lord.

Rama, Laksmana, the monkey army, and RavanaÂ’s brother, Vibhisana went to face Lanka and attack the ten heads of Ravana.

Rama came back to Ayodhya and returned to the throne. The slippers of Rama was on the throne, which was taken care of and admired by Bharata. Then, Rama ruled for eternity! Sita Rama! Laksmana! Bharata! Satrughna! All Glories to King Rama – the ideal king!
